HARDWARE CONFIGURATION DISCOVERY CAN BE CONDUCTED AS: Physical desk-side audit; Via client network.
Hardware data collection: Asset Number, Generic Description or Asset Type, Make, Model, Serial Number, Location, Free choice dependent upon client requirements.
Configuration data collection (minimum data collected): Hard disk size, Memory size, Processor speed, Operating system, Board configurations and settings.
UNIT RATE includes: Project Scoping, Data Scanner Build, Data Collection, Data Validation, Data Delivery, Standard EAW Asset Labels*
HARDWARE CONFIGURATION AUDIT
Data Delivery: includes the presentation of the collected asset data in an agreed format, for example CSV, Access database,
Excel Spreadsheet. EAW expects that data will be cleaned and validated against pre-determined data standards as
agreed by the client.
