SERVICE OPTIONS PROVIDED
Planned programme option, provides a programme of regular scheduled valets for the equipment specified. Ad hoc Visit Option,
provides a single one-off valet.
SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE
Valeting Service carries out the equipment valeting on an agreed number of items of Equipment on the customer’s premises unless otherwise agreed, to the levels specified and at an agreed frequency. Customers may specify a mixture of external and internal valeting on identified equipment.
The stages of the service are:
Valet planning
During this stage the Project Manager agrees with the customer where and when access to The Equipment and to the
company’s representative will be available, what items of Equipment are to be cleaned and whether The
Equipment is to receive an external or internal valet, or both.
