EQUIPMENT VALETING

VALETING
During this stage the service Engineer:
Cleans the Equipment
Removes non-permanent ink marks, where practical, notes which equipment has been cleaned, draws the customer representative’s attention to the work completed, highlights any problems that have been identified and suggests solutions where appropriate, reseats loose or misplaced parts where an internal valet is ordered for specified Equipment

For internal valets to printers, where standard consumables are supplied by the customer, the service deliverer is able, by agreement, to exchange worn or faulty consumables. However, any costs incurred by EAW Services for the supply and
fitting of parts made necessary by misuse, operator error, carelessness or accident to The Equipment must be met by the
customer.
