VALETING COMPLETION
During this stage the service Engineer removes from site any tools used to enable service delivery and agrees with the customer representative that the work is complete
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLITIES
Appoint a member of staff with authority to make any necessary decisions, to work with the service engineer during the provision
of the service. Ensure that the customer’s employees, who are likely to be affected by the service engineer, have been forewarned of the service engineers visit. As planned with the customer’s representative, access to The Equipment must be available immediately on request. Be prepared to power down devices prior to the valet and be prepared, where necessary, to power up and/ or test The Equipment after the service engineer has cleaned The Equipment. EAW Services accepts no responsibility for problems arising from the customer’s failure to take adequate steps, including where relevant making backups prior to service delivery, to prevent loss of user services.
